1 shark per vessel per trip (excluding Dog, Atlantic Sharpnose, and Bonnethead Sharks). A non-boat assisted shore angler is entitled to a vessel possession limit. Sharks my only be taken by handline or rod and reel. Spearing and bowfishing is illegal. All sharks (except Spiny Dog Sharks) must be landed with head and fins attached.
